This 1-hour course is intended for adolescents and adults, ages 11+. Education includes brain development and the impact it plays in impulsivity, fighting, risk taking, and acting without thinking. In addition to receiving information, participants will complete activities focusing on anger triggers and coping skills to increase their ability to manage their anger. The course includes a review of state laws and provides resources to participants. You will have 6 days to complete this course. Once you have competed the course, you will receive a certificate via email with 10 business days of your completion of the course.
